Design & Development

Working closely with our clients' design & development teams, we offer practical advice & technical knowledge to help develop the best solution for your brand, whilst taking into account the often strict retailer working parameters. When designs are signed off we will prepare full schematic drawings & efficiency calculations for your working file.

Prototyping

Our industry demands that prototypes are made quickly & efficiently. We build to order, from a vast array of stock components and aim to have prototypes within 48 hours from receipt of instruction. We understand that prototypes will need to be amended ahead of production and will work with you to produce production ready first-offs.

Manufacture

We work from our 36,000 sq feet site in Leicester. We have invested heavily in automatic cable cutting machinery, JST semi-automatic crimping machines & state of the art solder stations. Our staff are highly motivated & committed to providing high class products, on time, every time.

Sub-Assembly

We provide added value by offering our clients a full build and sub-assembly service. Installing our LED arrays into your free issue components gives you piece of mind that the lighting is fit for purpose & tested accordingly. This allows your production teams to install plug & play equipment and reduces on-line assembly time.

Installation

Our service doesn't end at the factory doors. We offer our clients installation of finished products & we are approved to work in all major retailers. All our fitting teams carry CSCS cards, are Eurosafe approved & have the technical knowledge to ensure that the lighting is 100% compliant when installed.

Maintenance

Nothing lasts forever and nothing looks worse than a well designed unit with a light box out, or a brand header flickering on & off. We therefore offer our clients a full audit & maintenance service that can be tailored to suit. Maybe you have an event update that can be tied in with a maintenance visit? We would be happy to attend to both for you.
